The genesis of the animation artwork came in the form of a sudden reckoning. One morning, I was startled awake by the question of where I was going and who I was. As an art psychotherapist, I often guided others on their journeys of self-discovery to find their authentic selves. I wondered if I have answers for my quest for true identity. Working on this animation artwork, I realized that I had scoured nooks and corners in my psyche, even traveled far and wide to look for answers. Through the creative process, I was glad to be reminded where I ought to be looking.
